Thoughtful Thursday! (And Writing Advice)

This is probably one of the best ways to describe writing a novel that I have come across. Instead of imaging some faceless reader, pretend you are sitting at the bar or in the coffee shop, telling this story to your friends. Or maybe it’s bedtime, and you are regaling your kids with an adventure. Either way, you’ll cut back on a lot of extra lines and boring bits.
